Ordering a product in the “Store” on the trofeena.com website does not constitute a step towards setting up an obligatory paying subscription.

After making your payment (see “How to pay” in this document), you will receive a confirmation message at the address you indicated.

Then you will receive the product you ordered at the email address you indicated. Following this, other premium analyses will be suggested for you. The prices for these will be clearly indicated. You are free to accept or ignore these new offers.

After having obtained a product in the “Store”, you will also receive a monthly informational letter from Trofeena.com. This informational letter is completely free and is not tied to any premium offer.

How to pay?

Trofeena.com lets you pay online through a completely secure banking network.

The following methods of payment are offered by our payment processors or certified PCI-DSS compatible vendors:
You have the option to pay for Services and/or Products offered in a single transfer or in several transfers without any fees. We never add a delivery charge. Depending on your country of residence, your bank may charge you an exchange fee or various taxes. Under no circumstances will we charge you such fees.

On Trofeena.com, payments are made in Euro.

You enter the confidential data of your credit card in a secure zone that is completely managed by our payment processors or certified PCI-DSS compatible vendors.

If your card is refused, our payment processors or certified PCI-DSS compatible vendors will attempt to handle the payment again within specified time limits, as many times as are allowed by applicable rules.

In order to optimize the quality of our Services and/or Products, we reserve the right to add, remove, suspend or replace, temporarily or permanently, one or more payment solutions offered by our payment processors or certified PCI-DSS compatible vendors without informing you beforehand.

How to be reimbursed?

You can be obtain a reimbursement at any time by going to the Contact page on the heartofgld.com website. Write “Reimbursement request” along with the name of the Product for which you would like to be reimbursed in the body of your message.

Our customer services will reimburse the account connected to the bank card you used for the payment.

In order to benefit from the reimbursement guarantee in the best way, we emphasize the importance of providing complete and accurate information (your last name, first name, and complete postal address).
